Hello!  My name is Jennifer  Yawn and I love being a Kings Chapel Cougar!  I have been teaching elementary school for 26 years.  My passion is teaching reading.  I believe that students who learn to love reading will unlock their unlimited potential!  I received my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Georgia College & State University.  My Education Specialist Degree was obtained from Piedmont College.  

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Matt for 29 years.  He is a retired teacher and also the pastor of our church in Culloden. We have three amazing children - Jacob, Joanna, and Josiah.  I enjoy reading, spending time with my family at home and at church, and attending the theater.  I am also a fanatic about all things BTS and Disney!  I believe what Walt himself said, "There is more treasure in books than all the pirate's loot on treasure island!"
