Bio
I am proud to be a product of the Houston County School System! After graduating from Perry High School, I went to Georgia College and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Although I obtained my degree, I did not become a teacher right away. I was fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home mom to my 3 girls. In the fall of 2006, I became a Kindergarten Paraprofessional at KCES. And now I am in the classroom as a First Grade teacher, a job that I truly love!!!
My greatest accomplishments are my 4 wonderful children. My oldest, Lizzi attends the University of Arkansas and is working on her Masters in Food Science. My middle daughter, Mary Grace recently graduated from the University of Mississippi. She majored in Integrated Marketing Communications. My youngest daughter, Luci will be a senior at West Virginia University. She is majoring in Forensic Chemistry. And the baby of the family is also the only boy. Rollins will be in the freshman at Perry High School.
I feel very fortunate to be able to work in a place that I love. You can walk into our school at any given time and see lots of learning, socialization, and fun! I am very passionate about my classroom babies and I look forward to each and every day in our room!
